Salma’s career began in Mexica when she starred in a 1989 telenovela Teresa, she also received an Ariel Award nomination for starring in a movie El Callejon de los Milagros (Miracle Alley), and continued starring in movies such as “From Dusk till Dawn”, “Desperado”, “Dogma” and “Wild Wild West”.

Salma Hayek has been seen as one of the most beautiful women of Hollywood, and has been aging gracefully, looking stunning as ever at her 54th birthday celebration. A picture was posted by her on Instagram in a blue bikini with a caption that said, “I am very grateful and proud of every single one of my 54 years” which continued to thanking everyone for her wishes.

Salma is not a fan of dieting, she is actually a foodie and enjoys sampling cuisines around the world, she even commented when asked what she takes for her diet that, “I don’t like to diet and I am not good at it”
Salma however did share about she eats for her breakfast on Instagram, her breakfast contains an unusual medley of berries, fruits and vegetables. Salma shared her review over her choice of breakfast and said, “It doesn’t sound like it tastes great but it’s delicious.
She was nice enough to share step by step guide to make her type of breakfast if someone wants to give it a try. It includes yoghurt, papaya, blueberries, mango, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, celery, red pepper, cucumber, coconut butter and almonds. It is a unusual combination but according to her it tastes delicious so why not give it a try.
Salma has been a fan of fresh juices since she was little, so much so that she opened her own company “Cooler Cleanse” which is a line of organic fresh juices that are designed for 3-5-day cleanses that can be delivered to your house.
Salma’s love for juices can be guessed by one of her comments that stated,
“When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort, after doing a juice cleanse, I am motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. Cleansing is like my meditation. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I’m putting into my body. I’m making a commitment to my health and hitting the reset button.”
Salma Hayek Workout Routine:
Salma has never been a fan of workout or going to gym either, and this was revealed when she made a comment on People Magazine, “Some people have the discipline to exercise in the morning, and I didn’t develop that.”
However, she does have a love to walk her dog and said on Instagram that, “This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs’ coaches, these are my trainers!” She mentioned that whenever she gets the time to workout she dances as she loves dancing. It is also said that she gets daily massages that keeps her muscles healthy and firm.
