To kill his evening cravings he takes it light and eat dry fruits.

Seth planned to keep his carbs low. So, in dinner for protein he eats chicken breast, salmon, cod fish and fresh sashimi. For vegetables he eats bell pepper, lettuce, cabbage, and carrots. He divides his meal in two portion one is protein and second is vegetables.

Only diet is not enough one also has to work-out in order to strengthen their muscles, his trainer increases the weights from time to time. H is trainer said that he is starting to lift more / heavy weights already.

Seth works out 5 days a week for 45 minutes per day. For his upper body he does push and pull ups and for his lower body he does lunges, crunches, squats jump, simple squats, weighted leg press and uses steppers as well.
