Kelly Osbourne is an English television personality, singer, model, actress and a fashion designer, she is famous from her appearance on the reality show “The Osbourne’s” with her family that aired from 2002 to 2005 and won multiple awards.

Since the show Kelly Osbourne was criticized because of her weight and she shared about her feelings when she said, “I was called fat and ugly in the press almost my entire life, I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self-esteem. It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me.”

How Kelly Osbourne lost weight?

Kelly started losing weight when her dance partner on Dancing with the Stars gave her some healthy eating tips because she used to get sick with all the rehearsals because of her fatty food eating habits. Therefore, she took her partner’s suggestion of high protein and low carb diet and lost 20 pounds of her weight.

Once she stopped dancing she started gaining her weight again so she hired a personal trainer and started going to the gym which was considerably very hard for Kelly as she said, “I would look at myself and think ‘ugh’” she further said, “To get to the gym, when you already don not like yourself is really hard.”

Kelly lost 30 more pounds by sticking to her workout routine by 2011, with the total of 50 pounds gone she started feeling a bit more confident and determined.

Diet Plan:

After struggling for so many years, Kelly finally found the perfect track and started her vegan diet. She said, “I used to think being a vegan was boring but now I have more fun with food than I ever had before.”

Every morning she drank her coffee and also some green juice which is great way to boost some immunity. She did intermittent fasting where you fast for 14 to 16 hour and eat healthy food in the “on hours” when your body burns fat for energy, she also said that she would take only green juices until dinner time and finally have a healthy meal at night.

Drug and Alcohol Addiction:

Kelly struggled was addicted to alcohol and drugs since she was 13 years old went through a relapse and satisfied her cravings from healthy food. She revealed back in 2018 that she has been sober for a year now and said, “I have spent the past year truly working on my mind, body and soul.”

Workout Plan:

Kelly Osbourne’s trainer Lacy Stone made Kelly do all the exercise that was best for losing weight fast and high intensity interval sessions and doing certain moves that helps some muscles and they are squats, lunges, push-ups, dumbbell bicep curls, deadlifts, arm dips and shoulder presses.

She also did plank holds, bicycle kicks. Combined cardio for maximum 45 minutes and also some strength training. Her trainer recommended doing cardio at the least three days a week. Kelly Osbourne lost a total of 85 pounds while following through her strict diet and workout plans.
